Faster 2003 logons

Is there any way to increas the speed of logons to a server 2k3 machine from local PCs? It seems that when customers try to log on to thier accounts (XP Pro) they take alot longer than they should

it depends on the speed of the machine, and what apps are scheduled to start up when the account starts up.

2003 server might have Fast boot disabled for XP so that all the permissions will be set before the user will see Ctrl alt delete. Sometimes XP boots faster than the permissions can be applied by the server, this is why they disble fast boot for XP.
