Fast and Safe Cleanup..PROBLeM

I have Fast and Safe cleanup, and for a little while now when i perform a sweep there is always about 2 MB left. every week this amount gets a little bigger. i looked in the settings and it says there is 2 files in the internet history.

i have manually cleared my internet history from internet options. and i looked in the history folder under local settings....but still....no luck deleting these files

(oh and btw.. how do i insert an image? does it have to be on a website? cuz' i clicked the "IMG" thing and it has the http thing)

Is autocomplete enabled? If so, turn it off and see if that works. Also, after clearing through IE, also rt click on the tool bar, click properties, advanced and then click clear (this is in the taskbar and start menu properties.)

you can upload images to photobucket then copy the link under the image once it's uploaded, the link next to IMG. I use it all the time....sooooo convenient.
