Factory Default Restore help (Asus eee Pc)

I apologise in advance if this is the wrong thread.

I attempted to restore my Eee PC to its factory defaults using the F9 method. It all seemed to go well, but it has now been on this screen for some time:

What does this mean? What do I do? Please and thank you for your help.

Edit: I am using the OS that came installed on it; windows 7 starter, 32 bit.

I have an Asus Eee pc too, and it came with recovery disks and windows XP on it
How old is your netbook?

Some say to hit F2 first to select the option for OS install. But you really should go to the Asus website and read the owners manual for the product.
