Extracting emails from Websites

Hi Everyone, this is my first time here. I joined the forum to talk about a project I have to perform. I need to go to specific College and University sites and extract a total of 4million emails. I was told I could use Visual Web Ripper to do it, however, it costs $300 and I can't spend that right now. So, I am asking if anyone knows of a way I can do this for free and what software I can use to get it done.

Given the fact that there is no objective given as to why you need to get 4 Million Email addresses, we wont assist. The CAN-SPAM Act strictly forbids email that is obtained from spiders to be spammed.

I cant forsee a reason why a project for a College or Uni would require so many addresses to be needed. If it is for work, then it is clearly not for a database of users for the company. They are looking to mass mail, which is classified as illegal.

Given that we have no clear purpose as to why, this topic will be closed. You will have to find your answer elsewhere.
