Default External Harddrive Filesystem

Is it possible to change a filesystem on an external USB Harddrive, it's running FAT32 and It's so annoying when I have to keep making things into split archives.

You can use Partition Magic 8 to convert the filesystem.

Thanks I Will Try This.

Does it format it whilst changing, or can I just leave things on it?

Edit: I tried Partition Magic 8, but when the PC rebooted, gave a Drive E: Unknown File System, then reverted to FAT32.
