Explorer.exe error on windows 8 startup

Hi there, I have this problem with my computer, everytime it boots i get this message



As you can see it is very detailed...

It's not a big deal, if i press ok it dissapears and everything works as usual, but it's a bit anoying. I tried to disable any application to start with windows, in order to find out if it was a program causing this error, but it didn't work.
Any suggestions?

My computer runs under Windos 8 pro with Media Center.

As i know there is no such thing as old style (Windows 7) desktop on Windows 8. Unless you are using any third party software. Fix me if i am wrong, i don't use Win 8.
Try to remove software which lets you to work with Win 7 desktop. In my opinion that software make changes to registry, explorer is changed too.
After removal make some registry fix. Google -> registry fixing software win 8 or use Advanced SystemCare.
