Explorer.exe crashing

Hi All,
We have a couple of servers experiencing this same issue. The servers are running Windows 2003 R2. Basically, if you arent a member of the local administrators group and login, explorer.exe crashes. This happens both through RDP and locally. If I add the person to the local admin group, it works without issue. Any body see something similar? This just started happening on 1 of the servers (file server), and nothing has been updated on this box. These users are part of the Power Users group though.

I think that you can rerun explorer.exe even in servers.

I think that you can rerun explorer.exe even in servers.

You cant bring task manager up after explorer.exe crashes. You can press CTRL + ALT + DEL, and the option to Log Off, Change Password, etc is all there, but if you select Task Manager, it just doesnt show up.
