Exchange 2003 WebMail

I setup a Personal Folder with my PST file on the network server, not locally on my machine.

I then moved all my email from my local inbox to my personal folders inbox.

Now when I go to my WebMail I cannot see any email!!!

email in webmail is mail waiting to be delivered to outlook. Once outlook downloads the email, the email is deleted from the server.
