I noticed that the exchange server 2000 is slowing down. I checked the task manager and the CPU usage is always at %100. is this normal? i see the explorer.exe is using 70 to 90 all the time. shouldn't system idle process be the one that's taking up all of the CPU percentage most of the time, or is a server different from a workstation when it comes to CPU usage? Please let me know because i'm having a hard time navigating through the server.
Also, on the workstations, outlook is having a hard time retrieiving data from exchange due to that CPU usage. Please let me know what i can do.
Thank you in advance.
