Excel question , really important!!

im creating a patient database and i just learnt how to make drop downs for each of the cells , but i need to be able to pick more than one option from each of teh drop downs , is that possible? if so please help me

than i guess i have to figure somethin else out , maybe put more than one cell per catergory.

But besides this do u know any way to search a a group of words and have excel pick out al rows which have those words in it? (i know how to filter i need somwthing else thats like a google search and brings up "everything" that matches, not just direct matches) if u dont understand my question i can understand its a bit complicated but try
