Everything semi-freeze while downloading

The active file scanner will attempt to scan it when any I/O operation is performed on the file. For example, if you copy a file from one folder to another, the AV scanner will kick off and do an active scan on the file in question.

McAfee was never good :p. Same with Norton.

I don't get what your trying to say, when i say that mcafee is on stand by.
if the antivirus is on and whatever you configure it to scan automatically upon inserting or exporting files.

This is what I meant, if he downloaded winzip and somehow with .exe install.
There is a trojan, a virus , malware from addon software.
Mcafee sees it and goes oh look I see an infection but don't know wtf is.
Little box from system tray may pop up or window will say it may have found something.

Worthless as it is and norton this is what I was stating.
Last computer I worked on had mcafee, oh sure it was out of date for awhile.
But by looking at the history log in in the program it picked up on somethings.

I just wish mcafee would look into a better software engineer to fix their program. :/
