I recently bought McAfee antivirus software, got it home, and when i tried to install it on my PC it said i had to delete the existing antivirus software which was a trial version of CA eTrust Antivirus.
It prompted me to delete this using the 'add/remove programs' option from control panel, but the program wasnt there. when i eventually found the program location i deleted it, and have restarted my PC numerous times but McAfee is still telling me to delete CA eTrust Antivirus, can anyone help me get rid of it? would be much appreciated.
