error from waking up from sleep mode

sometimes when I put computer to sleep, and when it wakes up it gives me this error
internet stops working so I have to restart

sadly I don't know how to troubleshoot this
and google is of no help... mine problem signature are different from what I can google up

Also rememeber, when ever the computer sleeps it will sometimes loose the internet connection to either ethernet connection or wireless it will automatically shut off the internet hardware until you come back on the pc.
