OS = win 98SE
We just upgraded the memory on the used laptop we purchased (from 64 to 128), now when I try to sign on at Hptmail or MSN instant messenger, passport or my msn I get the error message.
I called msn & did what they told me too including unintstalling & reinstalling.
Any suggestions??
