Error Message is funny but is this real?

Hi everyone! I have been looking for error messages and compiling them, asking questions about this errors and collecting information on how to prevent or solve this errors. Now I was given this image and little details was given to me, only that it's an error message.

I tried searching this error and I end up on pages about computer jokes!
I don't recognize this so this could be on older versions of windows I suppose! I started learning on windows xp, so it could be older than that!
If it is a real error then when does this error happen? and what OS is this error present?

I'm sure it's strictly a joke, no error message would truly tell the user to replace themselves.
