error message

Every time I shut down my computer I get the following error message

Can someone please tell me what is causing it or how I can find out what's causing it and how to fix it. I appreciate any help. I'm using a win 98 SE PC.

When you hit ctl alt delete, what items are running? Can you post a screen shot?

My guess is firefox causing the issue but I don't have any instances running at shutdown open.

What you need to do is shutdown each program 1 at a time, try to shut down without this error happening. Just take the first one, delete it or stop it or disable it, close that out, shutdown, if the error happens again, you know its not that one, then go to the next and so on until the error does not appear.
