when trying to log into windows, i get "a problem is preventing windows form accurartely checking the license for the computer."

error code in title.
no recent hardware changes.

anything i google says to go into safe mode - however, get the same error on login.

any ideas?

no i can't, not lkgc, not safe mode, not administrative account.
