Default Encrypting Passwords

Is there a rock solid utility out there to encrypt passwords and other sensitive information on a network or your own pc? Thx.

Yes there is this is one of my favorites it will cost you but the
price is very resonable for what you get. There are people out
there that talk smack about breaking encryption but tell me why
the goverment will not allow you to export this software to some countries. Retorical it's because of the high level of security that they can't break yet.

I've heard good things about this one but have not tried it.

Have Fun.
