Emails Address Book Problems

a friend of mine was askin me earlier today, she's been havin a problem with her email


when she tried to insert names from her address book it doesnt do it.

im not 100% sure of what email account she's using (i.e. ms outlook, hotmail, yahoo, aol, etc)

but could this be a problem with a possible virus?spyware??trojan??


any help is appreciated

If it's a web-based email client then talk to them...and if it's Outlook Express then get Office...if it's Outlook then reinstall it....

if its outlook, dont you have to re-install all of office over again??? or can you do it seperately??? and if its outlook express you mean to install office in its place??? and if you have to re-install outlook again wont that delete the existing address book???
