After some google research I'm still not clear on what this 'Page File' is in my dxdiag.exe

I know it has to do with RAM but I'm not sure if my values are good, bad, incorrect?

How do they look?

A page file is virtual memory. It's "RAM" that's stored in the hard drive, and if your physical RAM is used up, the system starts using the virtual memory.

These are not your settings it is just telling you how much Virtual mem you are using (page file) you can edit the amount of virtual memory / page file by :

left click windows icon
right click computer - properties
Left click - Advanced System Settings
slect the - Advanced tab
Under performance click settings
select the advanced tab - click the change button

Generally its best to leave the virtual memory set to - Automatically managed (especially on windows7)
But if you feel you want to set a predefined value or a diffrent drive as the page file store click set and enter your values.

Play with these settings at your peril you cant do any serious damage but it may affect performance until set back to the original settings.

Actually its better to set your page file to a constant size (same min and max size). Otherwise the pagefile can fragment.
