DVD X Copy Platinum access problem

I recently purchased 321 DVD X Copy Platinum version 3.2.1 on ebay. The box looked unopened and the installation went smoothly. However when I tried to activate the software, the server would not accept my User ID and/or Password. Both numbers were taken off the inside of the DVD case. I tried installing the software on two computers with the same results. I have 321 DVD X COPY Gold and DVD X Rescue installed on both computers. Both work perfectly. I uninstalled both pieces of software and reinstalled Platinum with the same results. Since 321 Studios is out of business I don't know who to turn to for assistance. Can anyone help me?
