ok ericb I am using your program and its working fine i think?amI right that it turns your files into mpeg files ?and can you just save them or do you need to encode ?and do I have to turn all the files into mpeg files before I put on dvd?

once you convert them to mpeg (it has an option to rip it to mpeg) you open up a new project. you can add whichever files you want after that.
