im tried to copy a dvd onto a cd-r disk i was told to try dvd squeeze software, after downloading it, i still cant fit enough files onto the cd, is there any other good software for this

the problem you might be having is that the files on the DVD will not compress futher then 700MB. If that is the case, you will have to deal with 2 discs or get a DVD burner. They are getting cheap now anyway...
I use 321Studios DVDxCopy and really like it. DVD to DVD and really high quality. Also 321 has some good software for DVD to VCD. There are a lot of freeware ones, but I really like 321 studios and support the efforts that they have gone to, to keep DVD coping alive and legal. Since it's all for our own use anyway...
