DVD Buring

Now that my Desktop has DVD burning capabilities thanks to the new drive, I'm trying to decide on some software. I'd like the ability to replicate DVDs fairly easily, rip video from DVDs and customize menus. Any recommendations?

Specifically, for an upcoming project I need to burn some .flv files to a DVD, are there programs that will handle these or do I need a converter?

I'm currently running Vista.
