Default Duplicate a SQL Server

I need to know away to Duplicate a SQL server that I have at my work. We are rebuilding a Server for this task but I do not even know where to begin. It is for disaster recovery in case something happens to the server the services will not be interupted. This is how we wanted it to work. When any type of changes are made to the main SQL server those same changes are made in the duplicate. They will be in two seperate buildings so if any one could guide me in the right directions in solving this problem I would truly appreciate it thanks
