Default duplicate email

I have had several people come to me with the problem of having their emails duplicated in outlook express. When they get their email it takes a long time and many of them come in as duplicates...does any one have any suggestions?

no, just some people that i know. They are home users and don't connect their computers together, and dont know each other that i'm aware of. I doubt they run exchange either. I just was curious if there was a setting in outlook express that caused this to happen.
