Default Dual Monitor Problems

Hey im currently runnin windows xp pro
2gb ram
256 redaon x850xt gfx
before i had dual screen now i took that away because some i cons were dragged over to the dual screen i cant get them back cause i havent got the screen i tried uinisnatalling it it wont let me wat can i do to restore it to original state

you need to go to desktop properties and under settings uncheck the "extend my windows desktop onto this monitor" for the second monitor.
