i was thinking of using dual boot os. win xp pro 32bit and the other vista 64bit would there be any problems,i know this may be a noob question but i need to use both os,how u guys could help,thanks in advance.

As long as you have windows xp installed first you should not have any problems
You can install either first. You can do it no problem.
