Ok well this is odd although nothing seems to not work program wise, the drive letter of D: and E: are swapped from XP to Vista, can I fix this? When in XP, XP itself is installed on D:, when in Vista the same drive shows up as E:, and vise versa, the drive that doesn't have XP installed is currently empty atm, I'm working on some thing before I put stuff on it, for confusions sake can I just swap the drive letters in Vista without a problem?

You can change drive letters without affecting the other OS. I do it all the time in XP / Win7. When I'm in XP, XP is C: and 7 is something like J:, and when I'm in 7, it'll have its drive letter to C: and XP will be Q: or something like that.

Do it via Disk Management.
