Dreamweaver Mx 2004

i have dreamweaver mx 2004. when you start it you should get the start up page. but on my computer i see the start up page but i dont see it fully on the screen, i need to scroll around the menu to get the item i want.

also when i am producing a web page the properties inspector at buttom is not fully visible. panel group is overlaping the properties which mean i cant access some feature of the properties inspector, e.g. point-to-file or browse-to-file.

Make sure the panel is docked and not floating.
