Default Downloadable Software

I was browsing the web for a cheap way to get Windows XP Pro and came across this website www.softweight.com . It has the option to buy Windows XP Pro but it is a downloadable software. I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with downloadable operating systems before and could tell me if it is an actual reliable source to get Windows XP. After all the price is right.

I haven't but would never.....find an OEM version online. www.nextag.com is a good place to look.

The only reason I would get the downloadable version is because its only $50. But I dunno if I am comfortable downloading an OS from a site I've never heard of.

I've actually never even dealt with installing an OS before. If I were to buy a version of Win XP would I be able to use it on multiple computers, or is that bad?
