Double screen ; problem menu bar

Hello,

I present my problem
I have install double screen on my computer. Everything works well except my menu bar which opens by default on my screen 19 Inches and me, I will like by default, that this menu bar open sur my screen 22 Inches. How may I make?

PS : The screen 19 inches is connect with the adapter VGA/DVI and my screen 22 inches is connect directly in DVI

If you want the start menu to be on the larger one, then you have to set it as your primary display.

If you're on Windows 7, do this:
Right click the Desktop > Screen Resolution > in the top half of the window, select the larger display > there should be a checkbox that says "Make this my main display"; put a check mark in that box > click Apply > click Keep Settings (or OK, whichever it says) > click OK on the screen resolution window to close it.

OK, thank you, but I already have it make, this applies well except that after restart of the computer, it changes the modifications to make performed.

So it's not saving your selection as to which one is supposed to be the primary?
