Default dos commands

does anyone know if there is a dos command to open the cd drive? also is there a way to make it read from the floppy drive?

you mean to get a file off the disk? or what.
oh and what u mean to make it read? the disky might be messed up. if not floppys are **** anyhow

all i suggest is: start -> my computer -> click the disk drives

When you say open the cd drive do you mean open the contents of the cd or physically open the cd drive?
