Default Do You Read EULA?

When you are installing a piece of software for the first time, (whether it was purchase from a store or legitamently download from the interent) do you read the EULA (End User License Agreement)?

How come i couldnt vote? I get this message:

I read it on software I download from the internet, but not what I buy off the shelf. Weird huh?
