Default divx player

I just downloaded the new version of divx and whenever I open it it changes my menus to scroll effect. Why is it doing this and how can I get it to stop doing it because it's really annoying.

thanx

Tsk Tsk Tsk,You know that's illegal don't you Anyway's you don't need the divx player to play divx movie's all you need is the divx codec,Try using the VLC player,It play's just about every single type of file you can throw at it
