Disk Quota Management win2k

Does anyone know if it is possible to set disk quotas for groups and individuals that differ?

i.e. groups get 20 GB for a share and each user gets 5 GB for a home folder. Can I set it this way on one volume?

I think disk quota management only applies to hardware... i.e. you can only set different amounts on harddrives/ network drives - not on different user groups.
