In the options area, I have unchecked "Allow automatic sign-in when connected to the internet"

However, my name is still there.

go to control panel. then go to user accounts, go to change an account, click on your account, and onthe left hand side it will say Manage my network passwords. there it will say "cyv_panther11@hotmail.com (Passport)" or Passport.NET (Passport) Click remove. Done.

deleting offline files such as .tmp's and cookies will do this same thing.
