(My laptop's windows xp is installed by my school's admin, even my account is administrator, but there are still many settings i can not change. My school uses this program from Altiris(if i remember correctly) to manage n restrict the users.)
my problem is, the access to IE7's LAN setting is restricted by my school's admin, so i cant change any LAN settings, but still can view them. Is there any way to disable all the following settings
1.use automatic configuration script
2.use a proxy server for your LAN
3.bypass proxy server for local addresses
and if i disable them, is there anyway to enable them again??
btw, just wondering is there anyway to get full control of my laptop? (not the main problem)
