ok so there is a worm on the computer and also internet security 2010 loaded on the computer....i know this is malware and i have the instructions for
removal of both....
i am getting the blue screen on start up so i have to log in using the directory services restore mode. it boots up, takes me to a black screen with safe mode showing in the corners as usual. then it goes to the log in/welcome screen.
i click the only username listed and it shows logging in underneath the icon and then switches right away to logging off. i click it again and it does the same thing. i have tried rebooting on every single f8 option but directory services restore mode is the only one that doesnt take me to a blue screen.
ANY thoughts? feedback? help
