I was trying to install The Sims 2 on my computer and it says I have to intals DirectX 9.0b, and when I go to install it it says that it hasn't passed windows logo testing. this confuses me for many reasons because DirectX comes right off of the windows website and I have gone to the control panel and switched the option from Block all non signed devices and changed it to warn me before downloading. it didnt warn me, it just blocked it. then i changed this option to Ignore and allow all, but it still blocks it. what am i supposed to do?
