Dialup problems

hello all

My problem:
When booting up the pc wants to dial-up. I have looked at the msconfig start up window but do not know what application needs a tick next to it. Is there information out there that tells me what needs to be ticked.

My system:
PIII 160RAM 1000Mhz
Windows 98

do you know what program needs you to get online for whatever reason? If you figure that out, you should be able to simply open it's options and tell it not to run when windows starts
