I ran hijack this again and repaired this:
04-HKCU\..\RUN:[WEATHER]C:\PROGRA~1\AWS\WEATHE~1\WEATHER.EXE1
So far it is working. Will see what happens after a few days.

I guess that was it.... everytime you get these kinda problem -- its gotta be something in startup - always check the Run, RunServices and RunOnce in the same Registry Hive...
