Diagnostic programme

Hello, their is a little programme that you send to a friend and they download/use it and then they send it back and you then know what sort of ststem they have etc
what is it, i think it might be a free programme?

I think you can save a log file with AIDA32 or Sisoft Sandra. They can run the program, make a log file and send it to you.
