Device Installer error... drivers?

OK, im tryin to install Alcohol 120% and it gets to the end and I receive a "Device Installer Error. Windows could not load the device installer for SCSIAdapter..."

For some reason XP wont autoconfig these devices. I also get these at startup for a basic keyboard and optical mouse. I cant get them to stop poppin up and tryin to update drivers.

Anyone have any ideas? Im not running anything SCSI either...
