Destroying ATI Drivers

Hi Everybody,
I finnaly got my normal computer running which basicly involved me removing the PCI Graphics Card Anyway, I'd like to play Videogames again before i die so i need to re-instal the ATI Card angry: ). I've run RIP Detonator from 3dguru.com yet there is still an AIT Control pannel and Hydravision folders in my program files folder. I am wondering if i can just delete everything i see that has ATI in the folder name and be okay. This is the only reason i can think of why i can't instal the software. Any Suggestions?

Well...I'd love to format C but i don't wan't to have to load everything on again SO, I'd rather just reinstal the Graphics Card and have everything the way it was before the thing Screwed up in the first place (though i know it will never be the same cuz that would make things waay too easy)
