Alright let me get some feedback from you guys. I like to see what my system uses now that i have updated some settings. I dont want my system over heating due to the little bit of OC i do to my GFX card. So is there any software out there that will allow me to put the widget or whatever on my desktop and view the resources being used by my system (RAM and CPU) and also show my GFX card Temp?

Right now i am sick of seeing the task manager open and ATiTool open. Any input would be great.

You're using Vista right? Honestly, I don't think there is a widget for exactly what you're looking for. You'd have to use something to monitor CPU/RAM, then something else to monitor your video card.

Something like this:
Windows Live Gallery

Then either ATiTool, Rivatuner, Everest, or something else for the GFX temp. You can just run that, and it'll show the temp in the notification area.

Yahoo widgets might have what you want. I know there are CPU and RAM meter widgets. There may be some thermal ones, too.
