Demo game deletion

My friend has recently become bored of his demo version of FEAR and now he cannot seem to get rid of it. When he tried to remove it he gets a error (-5009: 0x80041f42) saying that the game is still in use.

The game is not in use and I didn't find it on the processes list.

Killbox? I don't know that term, although the basics of the word are obvious. But personally I haven't heard of the term killbox before.

I put program right next to it.
Which means you google it and then download it.
