Deleting SYNC OFfline Files?

OS: Vista Ultimate 64

I turned off syncing of files on my network folder. Now how do I get rid of the currently-existing files that are on my C:\Windows\CSC\2.06\namespace folder? It says I don't have permission to open that folder. I tried going to the security and then permissions tab but it is taking forever to set the permission.

Is there another way to delete this?

Have you taken ownership of the folder in question?
