deleting partitions win 98

Hi Everyone!

I can't seem to delete partition in order to create a new one because system says ‘drive is not locked'
Anyone know how to solve this mystery?

You will need to use the Win98 boot Disk and with that use the fdisk command. Win98 itself doesnt have the appropriate tools within Windows to do it.

I had an f-disk in the floppy zone...must have been an older version. loaded up an boot 98 win with f-disk and some other programs on it. that seemingly newer ver. of f-disk did the trick. I am now loading and formatting my drive. Thx again. Appreciate your help!
