Deleting Old Documents and SEttings info

is there any clean way to delete some folders that i dont need in the documents and settings area?

for example, i did a clean instal of winxp of a laptop that i got from a store. but they of course installed a bunch of garbage on it...so i just put in my cd and such, i reformatted it, but i did the fast format so it didnt delete the old install. so now it made a folder structure like so:

All Users.WINDOWS
Default User.WINDOWS

because it allready had a allusers and such install before. is there a way i can fix this or will i just have to format the whole drive again the correct way and start from scratch?
